We respond to all enquiries within one business day. A first conversation is a scoping call — not a sales presentation. Bring any questions you have about your current arrangements; the more specific, the more useful we can be. If after the call we believe our services genuinely match your needs, we'll propose a structured engagement. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so and, where we can, point you toward someone who is. Our office is on Kenyatta Avenue in Nakuru and we meet clients in person there from Monday to Friday. For clients across Kenya, secure video meetings work equally well.

Is there a minimum asset level to work with Alphasecho?
We work most effectively with individuals and businesses whose capital under active management or protection is KSh 10 million or above. Below that level, the structuring cost typically outweighs the benefit, and we'll say so honestly in a first call.
How long does an initial engagement take?
A Risk Assessment Report is typically delivered within ten business days of the disclosure session. A full structural redesign — holding company, insurance wrappers, updated documentation — generally takes four to eight months depending on complexity and third-party coordination.
Are your conversations confidential?
Completely. Everything you share with us is treated as confidential adviser information. We do not share client details with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where we are legally compelled to do so.
